The BioPod treats and recycles the wastewater and sewage from your house into safe irrigation water.

This water is then disposed through the sub-surface irrigation system to water your garden. The recommended irrigation is below ground so it protects your family and saves water. You can have a useful, green lawn all year.

Sub-surface irrigation is your safest option

Even though the treated water from the BioPod exceeds required standards, it is safest to keep it in the soil.  The soil is an effective barrier to human contact with effluent.  It eliminates the hygiene risks associated with exposure to surface applied effluent potentially containing pathogens.

The sub-surface irrigation is out of sight, out of mind.  No need to mow around sprinklers or pipes, as these are not exposed to damage from the mower. Above-ground irrigation is vulnerable to damage.

Sub-surface irrigation is the most efficient way to water your gardens as it puts the water right where it's needed - at the roots. This encourages deeper & extensive root development leading to rapid plant growth.

Sub-surface irrigation ensures continuous moisture levels are maintained and eliminates the shock of wet/dry cycles.

Your mulch will stay dry, limiting weeds.
